The food services category includes jobs such as head chef, cook, food preparer, server, bartender, and various restaurant attendants.

Findings

Among the 28 metropolitan areas monitored by the Monster Employment Index, Dallas registered the fastest growth in online demand for jobs in food services.  Los Angeles showed the steepest decline on the year.
