SWABIZ

SWABIZ allows business travelers to plan, book, and purchase Ticketless Travel on Southwest Airlines—a simple and efficient method to obtain our lowest fares and maximum Rapid Rewards credit. SWABIZ also provides you, the travel manager, a useful mechanism for the tracking and reporting of business travel.

Your company travelers will use the same booking process as southwest.com to plan and purchase travel. With the addition of the Traveler Account, they can save their travel preferences to make the booking process even quicker. Your SWABIZ page should be used for all business travel reservations. It is your responsibility to disseminate the Web address and CID to all authorized business travelers at your company and to assure they are using SWABIZ for business travel reservations only. Travelers seeking to purchase Southwest Airlines Ticketless Travel for personal or leisure travel should logon to southwest.com.

As the Corporate Travel Manager (CTM), you have the authorization to generate online reports that will summarize all SWABIZ bookings made by your travelers on a daily, monthly or annual basis—the choice is yours! You can generate reports for all areas of travel- air, car and hotel. These reports will show any air, car rental and hotel reservations booked and/or cancelled on SWABIZ.

As the Primary Corporate Travel Manager you have the ability to customize your corporate booking page. The Ghost Card Management feature allows you to manage your SWABIZ travel purchases without revealing credit card information to your travelers. With the Internal Reference Number feature, it allows you the ability to effectively record expenditures by department or project, under the assigned SWABIZ CID Number. Through Travel Policy, you can feature your company's preferred hotel and rental car partners, or suppress all hotel and rental car companies on SWABIZ. You can also enter your Corporate ID or rate code for your preferred rental car companies. Simply go to the Travel Policy portion of your Travel Manager menu.
